Grad Signs & Epic End of Year 8th Grade Celebrations

Purchase a Graduation Sign for $8.

Signs will be available for pick up on:

Fri, May 8, 2:30-3:30pm. (Text Grace for this option, cell: 917-657-5901).

Tues, May 12 & Wed, May 13, 6:30-7pm (before the band & chorus concerts).

Tues, May 19 around 6:15am (when you drop your child off at WMS for the D.C. Trip).

Thurs, May 21 around 8:30/9pm (shortly before the buses from the D.C trip arrive back to WMS).

The 8^th Grade Year-End Committee is actively planning spectacular events and activities from June 5 -19 to celebrate our 2026 WMS graduates.

Please consider donating to make these events possible for our 8^th grade students.

Suggested donation is $20 per student, but you may donate any amount you are comfortable with.

Epic Eighth Grade Event Preview: 

Friday, June 5: Celebrate the final day of Capstone presentations with ice cream and popsicle treats for all 8th graders!

Saturday, June 6: Not yet confirmed! Save the date for an 8th grade hang out event.

Friday, June 12: On Math Final day, we’re providing a grab-and-go breakfast to ensure students start their exams energized and ready to excel.

Tuesday, June 16: 8th Grade Beach Trip! PTA will supply a grab-and-go Garden Catering lunch for students to enjoy during their beach day adventure.

Wednesday, June 17: WMS FIELD DAY. Sweet treats afterwards for all students.

Thursday, June 18: Wrap up the year with a fun-filled day featuring a digital photo booth and yearbook signing.

Friday, June 19: 9am, 8th Grade Promotion on the WMS Upper Field!!!
